I used PC2Amiga to network an Amiga 600 to a Pentium 1 computer with 10gig of hard disk space. This allows my Amiga to access the PC's hard disk as a device. The system is totally transparent on the Amiga. It consists of a parallel cable connecting the two computers parallel ports. The package includes software for both the PC and the Amiga. The PC software requires Windows 95/98 and DOES NOT run on Windows XP. The Amiga software requires Kickstart 2.0 or higher. NOTE: Some PC motherboards don't have full parallel port circuitry and hence will not work with this project. I've found using a plug-in I/O with eveything but the parallel port disabled works best. I managed to get it running in about 2 hours. Most of the time was spent fiddling with the PC and Windows installation though. All in all it was a fun project and I recommend it to all Amiga fans.
